The site was covered with existing sod and uneven ground that needed to be removed and leveled before new construction could begin. We removed the top layer of sod, leveled the ground, and prepped the area using skid steer equipment to ensure a smooth, compacted base for future use. The site is now clean, level, and fully prepped ready for whatever comes next, from concrete pours to landscaping or installation.
